Good leather artisans in the USA are harder and harder to find. But Royden makes their belts from English Bridle Leather. from its facility in Pennsylvania. The authentic spent polished 12 gauge shot shell caps are around length of belt plus on the keeper. The shells are hand-picked and have a polished nickel finish. Each is also hand-fastened to each belt. The buckle is a roller buckle 1 1/4" in width or 1 1/2" width. Leather color is black.
Royden's belts are made from the top grain leather shoulders, with solid brass buckles. They are not machine-made, but require hand-tooling and workmanship, which means high-quality. It is very difficult to wear out a Royden belt.
